Jelle Duijn
Jelle Duijn has been practising law since 2017 and has proven to be an expert lawyer, with a particular focus on the gaming and gambling sector and related sectors. He advises and litigates for a diverse range of clients and specialises in civil law, with specific focus on consumer law and contract law.
As a member of Franssen Tolboom litigation team, Jelle has mainly focused on handling claims brought against various gaming providers over the past two years.
About Jelle Duijn
Jelle obtained his Master’s in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, he worked full-time at a law firm and wrote his thesis on Consumer Protection in Crowdfunding Projects, for which he was awarded the prestigious M.H. Bregstein Prize for the best private law thesis.
With a solid background, Jelle has gained extensive experience in both civil and administrative law proceedings. His work ranges from advising and litigating in legal disputes to assisting companies in highly regulated sectors.
Jelle Duijn has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

– Civil Procedure Law
Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
